Checked out Fei Xiang Gong, a Chinese BBQ skewer spot with some Korean influence. The food was really good--totally worth trying if you're into grilled skewers. The beef skewers were super flavorful, and the chicken skin was crispy and delicious. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality makes up for it. Definitely a great place to satisfy a skewer craving!

Chinese Korean fusion bbq skewers. Service was quick and attentive, the waitress would check on us periodically and tell us if the skewers could be taken off the grill. She also came by with a spicier dry dipping mix that we loved, request it if you like some spice. The meat was great quality and none of it was gamey or dry. The prices are definitely a little high so beware if you're on a budget. Jellyfish salad portion was gigantic but also ~$20. We also ordered the green onion pancake thinking it would be a Korean jeon but it was 1 small Chinese green onion pancake that cost ~$10 which i think is way too expensive. Overall the food was great but I would only come back if I had a large group and wanted to splurge.

It was my first time dining here for dinner last night with couple of friends & everything was good. We ordered the spicy lamb skewers, scallop skewers, chicken skewers, along with assorted vegetables. If I had to choose my favorite, it would be the lamb skewers. It didn't taste gamey at all & it was juicy, tender, & flavorful. Service was quick & attentive. Ambiance is good for big groups but it can get crowded & tight. I want to come back to try their other lamb options & main dishes as their menu is huge & so much to try.

My bf and I came here & enjoyed it sm we can't wait to come back to try more things We ordered a combo of 25 skewers including 10 lamb, 10 beef & 5 pork skewers We also got an order of the Dan Dan noodles and the warm noodles (온면) The lamb skewers were so freaking juicy and tender and not gamey at all, definitely our favorite skewers The beef skewers were also very delicious, very tasty! The pork skewers were really yummy too, I highly recommend cooking the pork a bit longer to make it crispy cus it tastes waaaaay better extra crispy cus it's not as chewy We loved the dipping sauces that they had. We dipped our meats into the spicy soy sauce and then into the dry rub and wowie... IT HIT The Dan Dan noodles were okay. Definitely a pass on those... kinda sad cus we were excited to try them but it was lacking in flavor and the noodles weren't stringy, broke apart too easily On the contrary, the warm noodles??? HOLY SHIT... LITERALLY SO FREAKING GOOD!!!!! the noodles are like thin straight ramen noodles and the soup is soooo hearty and delish. Every single bite and slurp of the warm noodles healed our souls. I'll prob ask for it without the pork bits cus I didn't care for them but the warm noodles legit slayed so hard Service was really good, servers were very quick and attentive This spot is great for big groups cus they have large tables enough to seat 8+ so I'll definitely be back with friends & family sometime soon

Ordered: - Combo with 10 beef, 10 lamb, 5 pork (5/5): Worth it but it's a lot of food for 2 people! They don't skimp out on the meat for each of their skewers and they're already so well seasoned it's not even necessary to use the extra seasoning and sauces they provide. We probably wouldn't get the pork again and would try the chicken instead just given how fatty the pork was and how full we were feeling. - Naengmyeon (cold noodles) (5/5): So glad we got this to try because it balanced out the skewers so well and was also one of the best cold noodles we've ever had! We had originally wanted to get the cucumbers but saw this was $1 cheaper so ended up getting this. - They also give some free banchan that we had not expected but went perfectly with the skewers! All super refreshing and well balanced but our favorite was definitely the pickled onions and the class sprouts dish they provided. Overall (5/5): Loved the good food, good environment, and efficient service - clean and not super busy even on a Sunday afternoon. I do wish they gave us a container to leave our finished skewers in instead of having to hope staff come and collect it, as sticks can get hot if you leave them over the fire. Despite being a bit pricey, this place definitely deserves a perfect score for the taste!

Can't rave enough about this place. Their food is amazing and I crave it often. The only downside is their parking. There's only about 10-15 spots here so if you don't get here at opening, you'll have to look elsewhere to park. I've been to their ktown location before this one opened and was obsessed so when this location opened, I was ecstatic. The skewers are delicious but their dishes are also worth trying. The sweet and sour pork dish is literally the best thing in the world, the outer layer is chewy like mochi but also crisp on the outside. If you're a texture person, this dish is for you. We also got a spicy noodle dish that was literally fire, my mouth is burning just thinking about it. The green beans are good but nothing special. The side dishes and dips that come out complementary are all delicious. Definitely check this place out with a group of people so you can try a bunch of different things.

We went crazy when ordering because their menu was so extensive and it all sounded so appetizing. We decided on the spicy lamb kebabs, lamb spare ribs, chicken knee soft bone, pork intestines, rice cakes, fried sweet and sour pork, stir-fried clam, and jellyfish salad. We agreed that our favorite was the spicy lamb kebabs. The rotating skewers were so convenient since all we had to do was place them on the grill and wait for them to finish cooking. Then, we just placed them on the top rack to keep them warm. The jellyfish salad was a new menu item and it served as a great palette cleanser since it was refreshing, so I recommend adding it to your order so you won't regret it. It was pretty empty on a Wednesday night but I can see it getting crowded during the weekends since the quality of skewers is great. There's a bunch of booths on the sides and the middle area is dedicated to larger groups.

Skewers of meat cooking over a tabletop charcoal grill is a fun and tasty experience, and Fei Xiang Gong is the spot for Chinese BBQ skewers. Lamb kebabs are their specialty, but I find all their meats to be delicious. The meats are seasoned with flavorful spices, and the skewers are placed over a grill that automatically rotates them so that they cook evenly. However, the flame is not always even, so you may need to move a skewer to different part of the grill if it is not cooking. Skewers are the main draw, but there are a variety of other items on the menu too. Side dishes are served with every meal, but the staff clears the dishes when they are empty and do not refill them. The service is efficient, and the staff might come move your skewers if they see that they are not cooking. The parking lot is small, but I have been lucky every time with finding a spot. Otherwise, there is residential street parking, or you can park at City Hall across the street. Fei Xiang Gong's communal cooking experience makes it a great spot for a small group. It gets busy during peak hours, so anticipate a wait if you come during those times. However, the wait is worth it.
